A necromancer can resurrect the soul of a recently departed victim and bind the spirit for his own uses. The undead spirit will confer the following enhanced visions based on level of the deceased and level of the caster (averaged):

• 5-10: detect magic, detect good
• 11-20: as above, plus sense undead
• 21-30: as above, plus infravision
• 31-40: as above, plus see invis/lifeforms
• 41-50: as above, plus sense life
• 51+: as above, plus sense object

cast 'bind soul' <corpse>
