Cost: 25 mana
Castable on: player/mob
Damage: 1 to (<level> / 2) or instant death (see below)

The caster causes the target to be overcome with fear. The level of the caster will determine how the target reacts. For levels up to, the target will take damage as listed above, between 27 and 37 the target will flee, between 38 and 49 the target will pass out and be under the affects of a sleep spell, at 50 the target may 'die of fright.'
